Register your four-person team to secure your spot in the May 11th tournament at The Golf Club at Fossil Creek.
The registration fee for each team of four players is $600. The fee for an individual player registering is $150. This fee covers the green fees, cart, and lunch.
If you do not have a team, please select "individual player" from the first dropdown and we will assign you a team.
